For 360 photographers and tour agencies

Drop your photos. We build the tour.

Upload a shoot of 360s. About four minutes later it's a finished tour in your brand: levelled, north set, rooms named and linked. It opens fast on any phone, turns guests into WhatsApp leads and shows your clients what it did, every month.

The 4-minute auto-build

From shoot to live tour in about 4 minutes.

What used to be an evening of dragging arrows and setting north on every photo now happens while you pack up the camera. You check, tweak if you want, and publish.

Melody House · auto-build

Step 1 of 8: Photos in. Drop a whole shoot from your X5 or any 360 camera. Big files go straight to storage and resume if the signal drops.

Built for phones and slow data

1.2 MB to open. Not 14.

Most guests arrive from WhatsApp on an Android phone with prepaid data. The CloudPano tours we measured pulled 13.2–14.4 MB in the first 20 seconds without a single tap. Our demo tour: 1.2 MB, then it stops.

How we measured

Headless Chromium emulating a Pixel 7, cold cache, page left alone for 20 seconds with no taps, compressed bytes counted. CloudPano: three white-label tours of a South African photographer (13.2, 14.3 and 14.4 MB), plus public samples at 10.1 and 40 MB. Ours: the 2-room demo tour on a production build, three runs, 1.2 MB each. Run on 18 Oct 2026. The race uses a second run throttled to 8 Mbps with 80 ms latency. Tours differ in rooms and content, so this is indicative, not a benchmark.

Other platforms we measured the same way: GoThru 1.6 MB, Kuula 3.0 MB, Panoee 4.2–5.4 MB, Matterport (3D model) 8.6 MB. Data prices from ICASA's H2 2025 tariff report: R0.06–0.14 per MB in-bundle, R0.39 out of bundle.

Street View included

Street View, included.

Google Maps is often what your client is really buying. Publish their tour to Street View as often as you like, without a fee every time you press the button.

  • Publish and republish after edits at no charge
  • North is already set by the auto-build
  • Drag each photo's pin onto the map once
  • We watch for photos Google drops and flag themSoon

Elsewhere: $9.99 (about R165) per publish on CloudPano, and republishing an edit can charge again. Google's own publishing API is free.

Fair use: 20 publishes a month on Solo, 60 on Studio, 200 on Agency. Photos must meet Google's Street View rules, and Google decides what it shows.

Tours that sell, not just spin.

Every tour ends in a next step. Guests message, call or book in one tap, ask the AI guide anything, and every enquiry lands with your client, counted.

Up to three buttons in thumb reach. The WhatsApp message is typed for the guest and names the room they're looking at. Try it.

Sources and how to read this

Prices as published on 18 Oct 2026, excluding VAT, converted at R16.47 to the dollar. Kuula and Matterport prices marked "reported" come from secondary sources because their pricing pages didn't render for us. "Not found" means we found no such feature in their product pages or help centre. "Not verified" means we couldn't confirm either way. Data figures are from our own phone load test (see "How we measured" above). Prices change: if something here is out of date, tell us and we'll fix it.

FAQ

Good questions.

The things photographers ask before they switch.

I'm on CloudPano or Kuula. How hard is it to switch?

Upload the original 360 JPEGs and the tour rebuilds itself: levelled, north set, rooms named and linked. Point your own domain at us and your branded links work on your domain again. If you have a lot of tours, talk to us first and we'll plan the move with you.

Which cameras work?

Any 360 camera that exports equirectangular JPEGs, including the Insta360 X5. Big files of 15 to 24 MB upload straight to storage and resume if the connection drops.

Is Street View publishing really included?

Yes. Publishing and republishing cost nothing extra, within fair use: 20 publishes a month on Solo, 60 on Studio and 200 on Agency. Your photos still need to meet Google's Street View rules, and Google decides what it shows.

Do my clients see your brand?

Not on paid plans. The tour, the monthly report and the links carry your logo, your colours and your domain. Only the Free plan shows a small Roomfield badge.

What counts as an active tour?

A tour that's published and viewable. Drafts and archived tours don't count, are free to keep and come back with one tap. Extra active tours are R10 ($0.60) each a month.

What happens when a client stops paying me?

Pause their tour. Guests see a page in your brand saying it's temporarily unavailable, and nothing is deleted. Unpause it and it's back exactly as it was, with no reactivation fee.

How does north work if my camera has no compass?

Most 360 cameras, including the X5, don't record which way is north. You tap north once per tour, in any room, and every linked room inherits it. No more setting north photo by photo.

Do you use my photos to train AI?

No. Your imagery and your clients' imagery are never used to train AI models, and we never sell datasets.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free. All prices exclude VAT.

Your next tour could be live before your coffee's cold.

We're letting studios in a few at a time. Join the list, then bring your next shoot: drop the photos in and send your client a link that opens on any phone.
