These terms cover your use of Roomfield, provided by x Create. By creating an account you agree to them.
Plans and billing
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices exclude VAT.
- You can cancel anytime; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- We don't charge per publish, per link or domain, per AI credit, or to reactivate a tour.
- Street View publishing and spins are subject to the fair-use limits shown on the pricing page.
Your content
- You keep ownership of your photos and tours. You give us permission to host, process and show them so the service works.
- We never use your imagery to train AI models.
- Tours are paused, never deleted, when a plan lapses. Archived tours stay free to keep.
- You are responsible for having the right to publish what you upload, including people and property in your photos.
Google Street View
Publishing to Street View also falls under Google's own terms and photo policies. Google decides what it accepts and shows.
